Faeries’ Milk Recipe
As another spring project, I figured that I would share a recipe with you all. I am personally doing this for my own home in hopes to attract Faeries. I have a lot of projects that I would love to have their help with. Leaving milk out for the Fae is a common practice for a lot of natural magicians, but this recipe dresses it up a bit to make it more appealing. Let me know if you decide to give the recipe a try and if it had any effect!
4 cups spring or well water
8 whole cloves

1 teaspoon of fennel seeds
4 whole cardamom pods
1 whole cinnamon stick
1 1/4-inch slice of garlic
3 bags of your favorite black tea to share
1 cup of low-fat milk
1/4 cup of sugar
4 strips of an orange peel
Take your cardamom pods, cinnamon stick, cloves, fennel seeds, ginger and water and combine them into a medium sauce pan. Bring it to a boil. Let it simmer for 10 minutes by reducing the heat and covering the pan. Afterward, remove the saucepan from the heat and add your tea bags. Cover it once more and let it seep for a half hour.
Strain the liquid into a container. Add the milk, sugar and orange peel. Bring the contents to a simmer, stirring it until the sugar dissolves. Garnish with additional cinnamon sticks if you wish.
